Our backyard playground assembly experts are ready to provide you with stress-free playset installation services. Manufacture’s estimated installation times range between five hours for small playsets to TWENTY-FOUR hours or more for larger elaborate models and it being assembled by two or more adults. That doesn’t include the time spent sorting parts, hardware, leveling the structure, and anchoring. Or the unavoidable effects of the weather depending on the time of year.

Delivery-

Most swing-sets are delivered by local freight companies and come in 1-4 boxes on a pallet. The drivers will typically use a pallet jack and place it in front of your garage if possible. Depending on the model some come in a large shipping crate or up to 11 large boxes. Arrangements can be made to have us receive the delivery for you. We’ll move the boxes to a mutually agreed upon location, visual inspect for possible damage, and ensure all boxes are accounted for.

Installation-

Our installers are the most experienced in the San Antonio area. Over the last twenty-two years our lead installers and owner have honed their playground installation skills. They’ve built most models dozens of times in yards across South Texas. Your playscape will be built quickly and efficiently. At the highest level of craftsmanship and in strict adherence to industry safety standards

From the moment your playground installer’s walk into your backyard they’ll utilize the skills and expertise gained from assembling 4,000 residential swing-sets over the last twenty-two years. They’ll start with helping you choose the best location for your playset based on visibility while in use, the best use of the space available and ensure there is room for all safety clearances and fall zones. The location of sprinkler heads, unlevel/uneven ground, obstructions/hazards, yard drainage, and shade coverage are also taken into consideration. Your playset will be completed promptly. Usually in less than half the manufacturer suggested installation time (5-8 hours on average) and in strict adherence to industry safety standards. All of our installers can troubleshoot any issue should one arise. If there happens to be a damaged or unusable part. You’ll be notified immediately and the process of registering your warranty, filing a warranty claim, and ordering replacement parts will be explained in detail to help ensure a fast turn-around. During the install they will maintain a clean jobsite. All trash and packaging will be consolidated and all boxes will be flattened and placed where instructed. Our installers will always have all tools necessary to build your swing-set. They’ll carry some not specified by the manufacturer that increases efficiency. They’ll also have ground contact lumber if the build requires more than 1 1/2 inches of leveling. We build up rather than dig down. That helps ensure a longer life for your playset. All blocking is attached to the unit. We also send our crews with an assortment of hardware from most manufacturers in case of missing or defective hardware. Provided free of charge. Once the installation is done your installer/s will go over any yearly maintenance suggested in the manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturers require a weather sealant be applied to maintain valid warranty. We carry that too and can apply it for you at the end of the job.
